Kordemsky Checker Problems

359 Mathematical Recreations. Some of these problems concern arranging checkers in particular configurations in as few moves as possible. To solve these combinatorial problems, we will use a tool that I refer to as the "incidence number". We will also discuss alternative ways of approaching these problems and their generalizations.
