Topic:
Reflection positivity in analysis, in probability, in physics, and in representation theory
Abstract:
The notion of Reflection positivity Has come to stand for a diverse and fascinating tool set. It has its origin in constructive quantum field theory. There Osterwalder-Schrader Reflection positivity offers a link between, on one side, (i) non-commuting quantum fields and the unitary representations dictated by relativistic invariance; and on the other, (ii) a Euclidean counterpart.
