Abstract: 

Light front formulations of quantum field theory have a number of properties that are useful for studying hadronic structure.  The also have a number of properties that are difficult to reconcile with expected properties of other formulations of quantum field theory.  In this talks I will review light front field theory and discuss these puzzles and their resolution.
