Nelson A. Colon Vargas (UI Mathematics, class of 2016) has been selected as a Presidential Innovation Fellow (PIF).  Nelson,  from Puerto Rico, will be assigned to the Office of Chief Technology Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
