Title: Legendrian Ribbon Categories

Abstract: In this talk we will define what a Legendrian ribbon category is and provide examples of them. Additionally, we will see how Legendrian ribbon categories can be used to answer questions arising from knot theory. To do this we will first discuss framed Legendrian tangles and develop a pictorial way to work with framed Legendrian tangles in the plane.
