- There are also separate funds for travel to IMA participating institutions. After reviewing the guidelines under "Support", please write to Ryan directly with a description of the activity and amount requested (approximate is OK). The abbreviation "PI" below means "Participating Institution" (not related to PI of any grant) and a list of PIs can be found here:
https://cse.umn.edu/ima/participating-institutions-and-council-members
There is quite a long list of institutions where you may have collaborators or conferences, and a significant amount of funding available.
International Travel:
For international travel, you may also get funding from International Programs. Several of our faculty have been successful with this during the past year.
