Charity Bolden
Charity is a senior academic advisor for the Chemistry, Math & Physics/Astronomy departments in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She also works with advisees who are pursuing Pre-Health tracks as preparation for further education in healthcare and research.
Charity’s experience and Master’s education center around counseling and student care. She has worked in higher education for 18 years in various roles including advising for undergraduates and graduate students, residence life, and mentoring. Offering a safe and welcoming environment for students to process their academic plans, dreams, challenges, and growth during the unique years of pursuing a college education is her goal. She has worked as a CLAS advisor since 2024.
Fun fact: She loves to travel and cheer on her favorite sports teams.
