Michael Kratochvil, the 2020-2021 President of the University of Iowa's SIAM Student Chapter, has been recognized by the Executive Director and the President of the Society for Industrial & Applied Mathematics (SIAM) for his outstanding efforts and accomplishments on behalf of the chapter at the University of Iowa. 

Michael is currently in the Applied Mathematics & Computational Sciences program (AMCS).
