Faculty conduct research in diverse areas of representation and number theory.

For representation, these areas include representations of groups and finite-dimensional algebras, its interactions with algebraic geometry, applications in mathematical physics, and automorphic representations. Our research in number theory is concentrated on the global and local theory of the Langlands program, automorphic forms, and analytic number theory.
