University of Iowa mathematics student Michael Kratochvil recognized by national society.

Sara Reed, a graduate student in the Department of Mathematics, is one of only three students across the university to receive a Graduate Research Excellence Award from the Office of the Vice President for Research.

Biao was one of only twelve awardees this year across all departments in the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
